Many levels of Gymnastics for boys and girls are offered, starting at 18 months. Classes include Parent & Tot, Preschool & Kindergarten Gymnastics, Instructional Class Gymnastics, Trampoline, & Tumbling.
Class Ratio is approximately 8:1 (except Parent-Tot and Mini Gymies)
Parent Tot (class ratio 10:1) – 18 months to 36 months (boys & girls) – 45 min
In this parent/caregiver hands-on class, you and your tot will enjoy fun activities in the gym that will boost balance, coordination, while exploring new gymnastics movements together with guidance from our coaches. Come join us for a fun bonding experience that helps both you and your little one grow stronger together- physically and emotionally.
Mini Gymies (class ratio 6:1)– 2 ½ – 3 years – boys and girls – 45 min
This independent class is packed with bouncing, swinging, balancing and tons of fun! Your Mini Gymie will build confidence and essential motor skills while exploring beginner gymnastics movements. From trampolines, our foam pit, to balance beams and bars, our coaches create a safe space for your child to learn and play.
Mighty-Gymies – 4 & 5 year olds – boys and girls – 1 hour
This exciting class combines fun themes, preschool magic, with focused progress on gymnastics skills to boost their strength, coordination, and flexibility(with a bit of Kindergarten readiness sprinkled on top!)
Kinder-Gymies – Entering Kindergarten (Fall session) or in Kindergarten – boys and girls – 1 hour
For Kindergartners ready to take on new challenges- From cartwheels and handstands, to rings and trampoline, we’ll learn gymnastics skills while developing, focus, confidence, resilience and bravery.

Girls Instructional Elementary 1 – 1st – 3rd grade – beginner little or no experience – 1 hour
This class is a great introduction to gymnastics, and for gymnasts still working on perfecting their basic skills like cartwheels, handstands, and rolls. In this class, gymnasts are encouraged to find their confidence and new skills on all four women’s apparatus, our tramps, foam pit and fun group activities.
Girls Instructional Elementary 2 – 1st – 3rd grade – 1 hour
This class is for gymnasts who can perform good forward rolls, cartwheels and are prepared with the basic skills on the four womens apparatuses . Gymnasts should come prepared to challenge themselves with new skills and focus on building their strength and flexibility towards more advanced classes.
Girls Instructional Elementary 3 (by invitation only) – 1st – 3rd grade – 1 ½ hours
This class is geared for our young class gymnasts ready to flip, tumble and fly! This class is considered advanced and the necessary skills required are pull-over on the bars, back hip circle on bars, round-off, and backbend kickovers. Confident on high beam and basic vault skills. Gymnasts can expect to start learning handsprings, walkovers, front and back flips and more.
Girls Instructional Intermediate 1 – 4th grade and up – beginner –little or no experience – 1 hour
This class is a great introduction to gymnastics, and for gymnasts still working on perfecting their basic skills like cartwheels, handstands, and rolls. In this class, gymnasts are encouraged to find their confidence and new skills on all four women apparatus, our tramp foam pits and fun group activities.
Girls Instructional Intermediate 2 – 4th grade and up – 1 hour
This class is for gymnasts who can perform good forward rolls, cartwheels and are prepared with the basic skills on the four womens apparatuses . Gymnasts should come prepared to challenge themselves with new skills and focus on building their strength and flexibility towards more advanced classes.
Girls Instructional Advanced (by invitation only) – 4th grade and up- advanced – 1 ½ hours
This class is geared for our young class gymnasts ready to flip, tumble and fly! This class is considered advanced and the necessary skills required are back hip circle and cast to straddle dismount on bars, assisted backhandspring, cartwheel on beam, and front/back flip on trampoline.. Gymnasts can expect to work on advanced gymnastics skills on all four women’s apparatus and trampoline. .
Trampoline – 1st grade & up (boys & girls). No requirements – 1 hour
Balance beam or bars not your thing? Just interested in bouncing and learning fun flips on a trampoline? You’re in luck! In this class, your child will learn basic skills and positions for trampoline and the double mini-trampoline. These skills include different position jumps, twisting skills, bed landings in all positions on trampoline. As students master the basics, they will eventually develop back and front flips, and so much more.

Beginner Tumbling – 1st grade & up. Boys & girls – 1 hour
This class is perfect for those who only want to work tumbling skills. This class is great for dancers, cheerleaders, or anyone looking to perfect their basic tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walk-overs and more,
Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling – 1st grade & up. Boys & girls – 1 hour
**Required skills – back bend kickover and strong round-offs.
This class is perfect for those who only want to work tumbling skills. This class is great for dancers, cheerleaders, or anyone looking to perfect their advanced tumbling skills such as handsprings, flips, twists, and more.

The Summer Sampler Class Schedule is announced in the Spring. We offer Summer Camp and a limited class schedule.
Students are placed in classes according to age, behavior and skill level. Classes require minimum enrollment. Class changes may be recommended for student benefit.
We offer a broad range of developmental and competitive teams for Girls & Boys at all levels of Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline under USAG guidelines as well as Girls USAIGC and Xcel recreational team. For the last ten seasons KMC has had National Qualifiers including Regional J.O. National Champions and National Team Members. Participation in the team programs are limited by selection.
